Dr. Eric Wong Psy.D.
Eric Wong is a clinical psychologist who works primarily with adolescents and young adults, though his experience extends to individuals of all ages. He supports clients in adapting to life transitions, cultivating self-confidence, fostering meaningful relationships, and developing tools to promote their mental well-being. Whether it involves disruptions in daily life, recurring stress that is hard to pinpoint, or challenges that feel more overwhelming, Eric helps clients make sense of their experiences and explore the underlying factors contributing to them.
His integrative approach draws from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, allowing him to tailor sessions to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Eric works collaboratively with clients in both English and French, offering a space that is warm, supportive, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect.
Guided by a client-centered philosophy, Eric helps individuals identify their strengths, gain insight into recurring patterns, clarify their values, and work toward lasting change. His aim is to help clients navigate difficulties while cultivating resilience, self-acceptance, and a greater sense of fulfillment in their everyday lives.
